LEARN MORE ABOUT THIS CLASS

Yoga is a holistic system of physical, mental, and spiritual practices that originated in ancient India. It has been practiced for thousands of years and has gained immense popularity worldwide due to its numerous benefits for overall well-being. The word "yoga" itself means to unite or yoke, signifying the union of body, mind, and spirit.

Yoga is an art, a science, and a philosophy all rolled into one. It affects man's life on many levels, including physical, mental, and spiritual. It's a way for making one's life more meaningful, valuable, and noble.

Yoga practice involves a combination of physical postures, breath control, meditation, and ethical principles. It aims to promote harmony between the body, mind, and spirit, leading to improved physical health, mental clarity, and spiritual growth.

It's important to note that yoga is not just a physical exercise but a comprehensive system that addresses the well-being of the whole person. Regular practice of yoga can lead to improved physical health, reduced stress, enhanced mental clarity, and a deeper connection with oneself and the world around us.
