About Katimera
I started Yoga with the same intentions as almost anyone else. However, the connection began when I fully realise what Yoga had awakened within me. Thus today, I hope to help connect people with themselves and to awaken their true potential through the practice of Yoga, benefiting their daily life.
Janet (Katimera) lessons are very informative and she always makes the effort to make sure all of us (her students) are catching up with the lessons.

I think what sets Janet's (Katimera) lesson apart is that is she also very concern with the healing Yoga does to your inner being as well as your physical body. She helps to develop skills as a whole, not only in the strength but in mental strength too. Especially her meditation sessions helps to really calm oneself down and helps too (long-run) stabilises the Yoga poses we do.
