Today this 60 minutes online yoga class will be focus on tired legs to help to relief sore and stiffness leg muscles due to stand or walk for long hours or whatever reasons!
You will learn different variations of the yoga poses. There are variations suitable for beginners and for people who are more flexible as well that will learn how to go more in-depth into the pose.
Therefore, definitely there will be a variation that suit you regardless you are flexible or not. Everybody can practice yoga!
You will also learn how to use the yoga props to help you in your yoga practice.
This practice is suitable for yoga beginner and yoga regular practitioner as well.
