This 50 minutes online yoga class will be fully concentrate on working the arms to help you to toned up your arms muscles and reduce the fat and make your arms stronger.
There will be different variations of the postures. Therefore, definitely there will be a variation that you can choose to practice regardless you have a strong or weak arms.
Just go for the one that your body is ready for it. Yoga practice is the time for you to get to know your own body better!
Suitable for beginner and regular practitioner as well because different variations of the poses are being showed. Just choose the variation that suit for your own level of practice.
