I actually have this new discovery after I have done a self practice by tapping into the Universal healing energy and asking for the guiding to heal my lower back pain with my yoga practice by following the flow of the energy.
These 8 video practice course is created by following the flow of the energy after tapping into the Universal healing energy for guiding together with my over 20 years yoga background experience.
Please note that this practice course is not only meant for lower back pain but for a healthy lower back too. Therefore, anyone can practice it even you have no lower back problem.
In this class, you will learn how to activate your Life-Force energy and tap into the flow of the energy. And with the help of the energy and mindful yoga stretch to clear away whatever energy blockage in the body slowly.
