I genuinely believe that yoga should be accessible to everyone, regardless of their financial situation. Therefore, I have embraced this "pay-what-you-feel-like-to" concept, where you can contribute as much or as little as you want with a minimum of SGD8 only. It's entirely up to you!
You may do so with either of the following:
1. a credit card when you register here (payment is processed through Stripe, which is very secure)
OR
2. through my Paypal link at https://www.paypal.com/paypalme/katimera (you need to have Paypal account. Please drop me an email if you choose to pay by this method)
OR
3. by PayNow to my mobile number available for local bank only (please drop me an email for the number at katimerayoga@gmail.com)
OR
4. by local bank transfer (please drop me an email for the account number at katimerayoga@gmail.com)
Replay videos are not included with the Zoom live classes here. However, for those who are interested but couldn't make it for the available timing, you are welcome to join my pre-recorded 30 minutes classes in my Yoga Library! Visit my Yoga Library for more details.
HOW IT WORKS:
1. Sign up for your virtual class on the schedule page here.
2. You’ll get a Zoom link in your confirmation email for connecting to class.
3. You’ll also get a reminder email one day and 30 minutes prior to the start time.
4. You’ll be admitted into the class from the “waiting room” at the time of class.
5. The class will be set to "Focus Mode" which mean other participants won't be able to see you on video and you will not be recorded into the video too. The focus is on the hoster only. Therefore, your pirvacy is protected.
6. You can choose to on or off your video cam. But please note that if you choose to off your video cam, I won't be able to check on your practice.
7. All participants will be muted when class begins.
Enjoy your practice!..:)
Hatha Yoga. This is what most people think of as yoga. Here you find the physical postures, poses, and exercises that work directly on the body and, in turn, on the mind.
People are attracted to Hatha yoga because its benefits are felt immediately.
It relaxes the body, calms the mind, and brings greater awareness to your life.
The most popular form of yoga today, Hatha can be defined in two ways.
First, the word divides into "ha", which in Sanskrit means sun, and "tha", which is the moon.
Therefore, Hatha is often interpreted to mean the "balance" of opposites (male and female) within a person.
Another meaning of Hatha is "forceful" or "effort", which signifies transformation through the effort or force of the physical body.
Asanas, literally "steady poses", are yoga postures and exercises that enhance physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.
The physical body is a temple for the spirit. Yoga postures, or asanas, keep the body healthy and the mind calm, creating an atmosphere in which the spirit can flow more easily.
Hatha Yoga @ Katimera Yoga with the intention of helping you to connect to your inner soul and live your best life.
